In addition, if you are renting your place privately to individuals we can even offer your tenants cleaning and laundry service as required.
Swimming Pool Maintenance
Owners of a villa need not to worry about the maintenance of the pool. Instead you can sit back and enjoy bathing while the Swimming Pool Maintenance team maintain the hygiene of your pool.
The chlorination and vacuuming of the pool, the filtering, the acidity, the soda, and any other pool maintenance will all be done for you and anything else required.
Gardening
Gardening is not everyone's talent! That's why we offer you our own professional gardeners to care for your garden and maintain it as you wish under your request. We can have have it looking trimmed and green, all year round for you.
Prior to this, our professionals can assist you right from the start in creating plans for your ideal garden suiting your preferences of course within your allocated budget. On top of this we will maintain it free of charge for the next six months.
Payment & Transfer of Utilities
Until everything is transferred to your name Beltax Services can arrange to have your water, electricity, and telephone bills dealt with. These expenses will be arranged to be paid on your behalf, and charged directly to your account to ensure the uninterrupted provision of utilities.
Moreover, our customer care team will be more than happy to escort you to the appropriate utility providers during your visit to guarantee the proper transfer of these utilities is complete. Please ensure you have your passport and a copy of your sales contract with you.
Repairs & Maintenance
Beltax provides you with their experienced team of technicians at very reasonable rates for any electrical work, plumbing, blocked toilets or drains painting, leakages, carpentry work, etc, you may require.
In addition, for any changes you would like on the overall outlook of your property, our experienced team are there to help.
Property Insurance
Insurance is something nobody wants to buy, but everyone needs!!
We have secured very competitive rates for Building and Contents Insurance for our clients, and as a valued customer you can count on us to for a quick response should you ever need to make a claim on your policy.
More importantly, our excellent relationship with our insurance suppliers allows us to make a property insurance claim on your behalf in your absence.
As per your sales contract, if your property is part of a communal project (apartment or cottage) it must be insured with Beltax. In this way, we avoid the hassle of dealing with multiple insurance companies in case of a joint claim.
Property Rentals
Cyprus has been a full European Union Member since May 2004 presenting itself as a great property investment opportunity. Whether you are a property investor or an existing Beltax property owner, we can manage the rental of your property to help you cover the expenses of your vacation home. Your property will be marketed via our European agents and our local offices, and your tenants will be carefully selected. Your property will be cleaned weekly and a laundry service will be provided even whilst occupied. Moreover, the property will be checked after every rental. By renting out your property you will be able to cover your communal maintenance expenses and be able to earn a return on your investment, depending on occupancy rates. However, to accept your property for rental, it needs to be satisfactorily furnished and to meet the minimum inventory standards of our rental properties. This includes TV, air-conditioning units, and complete set of furniture, fittings and electrical appliances.
